Do I need to provide content, or will you write it?

Both options are available. If you have existing product descriptions, company introductions, and images, we'll work with those. If you need content written from scratch — including product pages, About Us, and service descriptions — we offer full copywriting in English, optimised for both readers and search engines.

Which platform do you build on — WordPress, Shopify, or something else?

We primarily build on WordPress, which is the best choice for B2B exporters — it's flexible, SEO-friendly, easy to manage, and scales with your business. We can also work with Shopify for product-heavy catalogues. We recommend the platform that fits your specific business model, not the one easiest for us to build.

Can I update the website myself after it's built?

I ran Google Ads before and got no inquiries. Why?

This is very common. The most frequent reasons are: targeting too broad an audience, sending paid traffic to a homepage that doesn't convert, poor keyword match types wasting budget on irrelevant clicks, or no proper conversion tracking. Ads work — but only when the landing page, audience targeting, and tracking are all set up correctly. We fix all three before running a single ad.

Do you manage the Ads account, or do I manage it myself?

We manage the entire Google Ads account on your behalf — setup, campaign structure, keyword selection, ad copywriting, bid management, and monthly optimisation. You keep full ownership of the account at all times. Your ad spend goes directly to Google; our management fee is separate and clearly stated upfront.

Should I run Ads while doing SEO at the same time?

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

For website projects, no contract beyond project completion is required. For ongoing SEO retainers, we recommend a minimum 3-month commitment — not because we lock you in, but because SEO takes time to show results and a shorter engagement rarely delivers meaningful outcomes. After 3 months, you're free to continue month-to-month.

How do we communicate during the project?

We communicate through whatever channel works best for you — WeChat, WhatsApp, email, or video call. You'll have direct access to the founder throughout the project, not a rotating team of account managers. We provide regular progress updates and respond to messages within one business day.

My business is small. Is digital marketing worth it for me?
